Violations Removed

City issued violations are a serious matter that can lead to progressively big fines and legal bills, and time consuming appearances at City Hall. Sometimes the best way to battle a violation is merely to repair it. We'll issue an elaborated bill of the repairs completed, and work with our expeditors and accredited plumbers, linesman & engineers to certify that your violation has been fixed in compliance with City codes.

The city will then issue you recognition that the violation has been removed. To do this efficaciously just give us copies of all the violations, notices and letters that you have received.

We'll check these to the official Department of Building records for your property and inform you if there are any other violations striking as well as inform you of any other certification that may be required.
